Bitumen Production Unit, Sulfur Recovery Unit, Sulfur Granulation Unit, and Coke Calcination Unit. The Central Refinery Laboratory (CRL) and the Oil Sludge Processing and Hydrogen Production facilities are two sizable ancillary buildings in the refinery. As part of the upgrade project, the Refinery developed two new complexes of process units, the Complex of Sulfur Recovery Units and the Isomerization and Naphtha Splitter unit, which were placed into operation in December 2017. The purpose of the construction and opening of the twelve new U&O sites was to conduct regular business out of them.
