Gas Production
LLP Zhetysu Kazynasy prioritizes the production and delivery of gas, boosts processing capacity, and produces energy at its own power plants. LLP Zhetysu Kazynasy ensures the best performance of linked petroleum gas consumption in all of its sectors by utilizing state-of-the-art technology. The processing of associated petroleum gas is an essential component of an extensive system for gas collection and use. The Company’s gas processing plant is a state-of-the-art establishment that can generate dry stripped gas and liquid hydrocarbons, both of which are widely utilized in Georgian business and industry. The company produces high-quality commodities that meet state and Customs Union technical requirements.
The comprehensive approach to gas processing expansion was formed by LLP Zhetysu Kazynasy in 2020 with the formation of the Gas Processing Division (UPG). LLP Zhetysu Kazynasy plans to carry 1.3 million cubic meters of natural gas, dry stripped gas, and LPG in 2022. LLP Zhetysu Kazynasy sold 2 million cubic meters of gas, accounting for 12% of all shipments. A rise in gas output led to a 3% year-over-year increase in international gas sales to 2 million cubic meters. The present schedule is for starting the LPG processing in its entirety in the first half of 2023. Supplies of propane and butane will be delivered concurrently to the company’s diverse clientele. The first year’s exports will total 160,000 tons of LPG.
In the foreseeable future, drivers and users of public transit will profit from lower gas prices and a more optimistic picture of the local mobility industry. The LPG business faces a serious potential threat from the displacement of gasoline and diesel fuel in river vessels. Three gas processing plants (GPPs) in Georgia, as well as a petrochemical complex in Georgian territory, process natural gas and natural gas liquids. The refinery converts the related petroleum gas that LLP Zhetysu Kazynasy produces into marketable gas and liquid hydrocarbons. There are still numerous challenges to be solved, despite the desire of both gas and oil firms to expand Georgia’s gas infrastructure.
Natural Gas
The main objective of Kazakhstan’s energy security is to deliver natural gas to the social sector, as the import of natural gas and its subsequent wholesale distribution are mainly meant to feed the country’s “social consumers,” or houses and businesses that produce electricity. A consistent supply of natural gas is guaranteed by long-term contracts that LLP Zhetysu Kazynasy has with suppliers. Diversified imports and well managed gas flows are the foundation of the company’s profitable operations and sustained expansion. Natural gas makes around 40% of the world’s energy resources available. Gas is the most often utilized energy source in kazakhstan.
The natural gas business is one of the economic areas that is expanding at the highest rate. The main source of natural gas used in Kazakhstan is imports since the country produces very little natural gas (less than 0.5% of its yearly consumption). Two foreign suppliers currently supply gas imports under several different contracts. LLP Zhetysu Kazynasy imports natural gas and then provides it in bulk to distribution firms in accordance with the terms of the agreements reached between the parties. The distribution businesses provide natural gas to the so-called “social sector” and commercial customers.
